  1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LALAZAR Portal LLC ("App" or "Platform"), owned and operated by [LALAZAR Portal LLC services] ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the App immediately. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any changes.

 

  1. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and promptly update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

 

  1. Subscription and Fees

The LalaZar platform allows businesses to create virtual stores within the Virtual gaming environment. Store rentals are based on a subscription fee or additional commissions charged on each order processed through the App. Specific subscription details and fees are provided upon registration.

 

  1. Platform Overview

LaLaZar is a digital hub combining virtual e-commerce, gaming, networking, and social interactions:

  • Virtual E-commerce Platform: Sellers must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Transactions occur between buyers and sellers, and we are not responsible for disputes arising from these transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to issues such as out-of-stock items, mispricing, or delivery limitations.
  • Gaming Experience: Users can earn points through games and other activities within the App. Points may have expiration dates and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Networking and Dating: The platform includes networking and dating features. Interactions with other users are at your own risk. We are not responsible for any behavior or actions of other users.

 

  1. Delivery Service

The App provides a delivery service for traditional e-commerce orders. We are not responsible for delays or issues related to delivery. Complaints about delivery should be directed to the relevant delivery partner.

  1. Orders and Return Policy
  • The store has 3 days to accept an order. If not accepted, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Order payments will be held until the shipment is delivered to the customer.
  • If you choose to use your own shipping courier, you are responsible for tracking and managing shipment updates.
  • The store has the option to determine if its products are eligible for return or not.
  • You are responsible for handling returns and refunds, as customers will be directed to contact you via email or phone.
  • Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Payments for delivered orders will be transferred to your wallet weekly, and you may cash out at any time.

 

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or engage in any prohibited activities, including:

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing others.
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • Transmitting harmful software or content.
  • Manipulating prices or interfering with other users' listings or reviews.
  • Distributing viruses or malware.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

 

  1. Payments and Billing
  • Payment on Hold: Order payments will be held until the shipment is delivered to the customer.
  • Store Payout: Payments for delivered orders will be transferred to your wallet weekly. You may cash out your earnings at any time.
  • Returns and Refunds: You are responsible for managing returns and refunds directly with the customer, who will contact you via email or phone.
  • Customer Payment: Customers are required to pay at the time of purchase. If an order is canceled within the 3-day acceptance period, the payment will be automatically refunded.
  • Commissions: Depending on your chosen subscription plan, a percentage commission may be deducted from each order processed through the platform.
  • Payment Gateway Fee: For each transaction, a payment gateway fee will apply: 2.9% + 1 AED for local cards and 3.9% + 1 AED for international cards.

 

  1. Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Lalazar offers a 12-month referral program where users can earn rewards for referring friends, brands, and celebrities to the platform. By participating in the referral program, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Friend Referral
    • Users who refer a friend to join Lalazar will receive 500 Lalapoints upon the friend's successful registration and first order completion.
    • Lalapoints are non-transferable and subject to Lalazar's point redemption policy.
  2. Brand Referral
    • Users who refer a brand to join the Lalazar platform are eligible to earn 1% of each completed order that the referred brand sells on Lalazar.
    • Commissions will be calculated based on net sales (excluding returns, discounts, and taxes) and credited to the referrer’s account.
  3. Celebrity Referral
    • Users who refer a celebrity to join Lalazar are eligible to earn 2% of each completed order that the referred celebrity sells on the platform.
    • Commissions will be calculated based on net sales (excluding returns, discounts, and taxes) and credited to the referrer’s account.

 

General Conditions

  • This referral program is valid for 12 months from the referral joining date.
  • Lalazar reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious referrals will be disqualified at Lalazar's discretion.
  • All rewards are subject to verification and may be withheld if terms are not met.

  1. Intellectual Property

The content and design of the App, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without our consent.

 

  1. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, use, and share your data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

 

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE, pursuant to the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of 1994 (Dubai), as amended, replaced, or re-enacted from time to time. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai. You agree to waive the right to a trial by jury.

 

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App, and we may revoke your access and password.
