 Customers have the right to delete their Lalazar account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, Lalazar will retain user data for a period of six (6) months. During this time, users may reactivate their account by logging in with their previous credentials. If the account is not reactivated within six (6) months, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Lalazar retains this data for a limited period to comply with legal and security requirements, prevent fraudulent activity, and provide users the option to restore their account without data loss. After the retention period expires, all personal information will be irreversibly erased, except for any data we are legally required to retain.
